Hello You!

I’m a registered dietitian. My brand name is Lina-the-Dietitian (Mrs. Franklina Addae-Amoah) and the founder of DietRight Consult, where I help people build a healthier and more confident relationship with food. My work is rooted in science, empathy, and the belief that good nutrition should be practical and enjoyable for everyone.

My interest in nutrition grew from seeing how everyday food choices influence energy, digestion, mental clarity, and long-term health. Over the years, working with clients from different backgrounds helped me understand that eating habits aren’t just about food, they’re shaped by lifestyle, emotions, culture, and personal experiences. This insight led me to create DietRight Consult, a space designed to make nutrition simple and supportive.

I focus on guiding people through real, sustainable change. Instead of rigid diets or “quick fixes,” I help clients understand their bodies, recognize their hunger cues, manage emotional or stress-related eating, and build habits that last. My approach blends:
